What happens if both go somewhere else? Does the staff finally offer Sean Foster and try to get him to switch his commitment from Iowa State (which I'm not sure he would), or is there another tackle they're recruiting? Either way, I hope the staff can pull in one or both.

Nothing happens, next man up. Hawks will win some recruiting battles and lose some, but we are in a way better position now with the new facilities.

I agree with you, but the last one or two spots would be filled by someone, and the spot(s) have been saved for an offensive lineman.

This staff will NEVER offer Foster. It wasn't wait and see with him, it was a flat No.

It was a strong no with foster.. Slow feet, bad hip movement, his film is him just dominating small d-lineman. He also gets to vertical way to fast. Spencer Williams is a much much better prospect then him.

Feeling better about Jackson, Farniok probably a NU lean. Hope they both had a good time on Iowa City.

Am concerned that Jackson is suppose to visit Lincoln next weekend.

If both go elsewhere the Clayberg may get regular scholarship instead of grayshirts.

For OT there will be an extra slot next year. Already have one and kolleNberger seems a good bet to commit

Over on halo they seem to b very optimistic about Jackson. Mr hawk puts it at 80/20 that we get him

A person closely associated with the program is stating Iowa will be getting both Jackson and Farniok...Clayberg has accepted a grayshirt offer from Iowa..Some speculation a db prospect prolly won't make it academically..

Ok I hope we don't loose out on fant.. I would like just to stick it to Iowa state is the last minute throw an offer to foster.. But still get farinok and Jackson..

So we should "stick it to Iowa State" by using a scholarship on a guy we've had in camp for years and have not offered because we didn't want him? Sounds more like sticking it to ourselves.

I was just joking I don't not want the kid on Iowa.. And as long as the Db isn't hooker.. But Iowa state fans are trying to make foster to be the next great lineman. But are ignore his slow feet, bad hips and the fact his elbows are way to far out for run blocking just uses his weight to block..

Farinok out now Jackson leaning towards the skers? We're screwed
Where did you see this? Last I heard he wasn't even going to visit Nebraska, he has 2 good friends coming in to Iowa in this class, and we desperately need an OT scholarship player. Hopefully he takes this into consideration.

Saw on TOS he was picked to be a nub. Wonder who are fall back plans are now that Farinok is out. How can we lose a recruit of a position of need. When we have a great season, best we've had in quite sometime. And our coach who is a said guru of his position and has sent multiple players to the NFL, not even beat out a team who had their worst record in 60 some years. This is what we get for loading up on players at the beginning of the season. Does Kirk even know what he's doing anymore?

You can't be serious can you.. Ferentz and staff are doing just fine look at 2017.. We really cleaned up on o-line recruits last year 3-4stars. Take a deep breath with or with out farinok Iowas o-line will be great. It is his loss not Iowas..

You are an idiot and have no idea what is going on or how difficult recruiting is!

Troll account. Bye.

"Lol at 'total control of that game.' Flat out lies are usually called out because it's so easy. Simple stats... NU out gained Iowa 433-250. NU held the ball for 36 minutes compared to Iowas 24. Nebraska had 22 first downs to Iowas 10. Iowa went 0-9 on 3rd down.

Sounds like total control to me. Congrats on the best season in Iowa history."

Cute account setup Kyle, what is your real name on pinkskirt.illustrated?

Congratulations on holding onto the ball longer between the 20s. Here's your trophy.

Quick, someone tell Tom Brady that total yards and TOP meant controlling the game. He'll feel better about watching the SB from home.

I am sorry I'm not feeling it. This season could be a smoke screen for the shit heap that we're running into. Our class has nobody worth noting. AJ Espensa is nice, but he won't be on campus for another year and half. I'm just not pleased with how this class was managed.

Blair, how about a troll ban for this one.

I want you to take a longer look at these recuirts. Hooker, Stanley, lattimore, Amani jones, tj hockerson.. Throw away the stupid stars system. These kids will be stars for Iowa. And I'm sure this class has more then this too.
