See the red.
See the blue.
Your opinion is in the red area. That's being in the minority. If there wasn't a chart or diagram, you would still be in the minority.
A person's right the make medical decisions is more important than yours. You see, abortion is one the component of women's health care that stupid legislators could not differentiate from the total picture because of the mentality you exhibit.
The idea of not leaving real time decisions in the hands of physicians in cases of obstetrics, when mother and child's lives are at stake is abominable. Many examples have been publicized of serious trauma and death when patients have been refused care at critical times.
Beyond this women's medical care extends to preventative care. This includes access to gynecological care, OBGYN services, birth control and psychological advice, etc.
The medical profession is a profession of medical experts, trained not only to react but to act preemptively. OBGYB is a special breed of cat, specialized to handle situations involving multiple parties. To have ignorant state government intervene and break this formula has prompted this backlash.
If you, or anyone reading this post are married, and/or have children you should consider the consequences of the state having control of their lives. It's a simple matter of an individual right to make decisions.
Abortion is one component.
'Individual rights'' is everything.
