I cannot imagine being in his position right now and having to shoot at a moving target every day. I don't think that all of the economic brain power in the world can hit a target that moves randomly every day and sometimes every few hours

He doesn't care about the midterms because congress means nothing to him. In his eyes, he's fully in charge and can do whatever he wants. He's looking out for the extreme rich and basically killing the middle class. If the middle class moves towards being poor then their money goes somewhere and it's right to the rich. The rich will control most of the housing and you'll see the young struggle to afford housing or a car. Education will be gone and so the middle class will become poorly educated. trump might be fighting for the U.S, but it's not the U.S. that most people want, it's his version and his version is more like Russia.
