Probably staged. For starters why is he already filming when they were across the street? Also, why were they across the street? They drove away in the SUV right in front of his house? And the framing is way too perfect. Usually real vids have framing all over the place. Video doesn't add up.

It's ok to admit that this is probably a fake. Nobody should talk to the police without a warrant. I'm a firm believer if that. So I agree completely with post #6. But the OP video makes no sense. It's even filmed in landscape. Who starts filming people across the street before they even know who they are and flips their phone into landscape? It looks completely setup.
