Having taken a quick scroll through the opinion, I'm fairly unimpressed if one assumes Bostock is going to survive Skrmetti. Basically, the gist seems to be simply that Bostock is title vii (employment discrimination), and this is title ix. Not sure analytically why that should matter. Now of course, if the Court retrenches on Bostock's "sex-related" analysis in Skrmetti, all bets would be off. But that wouldn't be the kind of thing a district court ought to be placing speculative bets on.

How do you feel about Gronowski and Phillips joining the Hawkeyes? I think they'll make a nice tandem. Phillips has game changing speed. We haven't had a truly fast receiver in quite awhile. Well, one that could catch the ball, anyway.

A little concerned with the all hype of a FCS level quarterback. Time will tell. If I were the others, I'd be entering the next portal.
