You're a fking idiot.Well i never got any facts about him in any other thread. All I got was obsession for the orange man. You’d think a color person wouldn’t care so much about another person being of a different color.
He had a case of Mackey Sasser disease before Mackey Sasser did.Who remembers Steve Sax? 😉
Nomo's windup isn't even the coolest in Los Angeles. Not even the coolest on the Dodgers.
Nomo's windup > Fernando's windup
And yet you come into a non-politics thread & make fun of someone. So who's the obsessed one?Well i never got any facts about him in any other thread. All I got was obsession for the orange man. You’d think a color person wouldn’t care so much about another person being of a different color.
I guess I could make a gohox69 is racist thread everyday instead if that makes it better. And yet you come into a non-politics thread & make fun of someone. So who's the obsessed one?
One of the best Simpsons cameos, ever.Who remembers Steve Sax? 😉

I had started thinking he was elderly and was going through some stuff, so was considering cutting him some slack. Weird, awkward posting style, lots of spelling and grammatical errors, etc.
You don't seem okay.
I have them and they are in a card binder I have had since I was a kid in the early 80's. I have no idea what their value is and I've never considered selling any card that I have.Somewhere in my parents storage shed are the Fernando rookie cards that were part of my Topps and Fleer complete sets. Forever young.
Typical response from your group. Go to grammar errors because they are the only thing you can go to. For the millionth time, who gives a shit about grammar errors on a message board. I can’t imagine how fun life is for you when you have to nitpick the way someone says or types something.I had started thinking he was elderly and was going through some stuff, so was considering cutting him some slack. But a few days ago he mentioned he was 40. So, not elderly, not new to social media, not riddled with dementia…just a dumbass.
The 20-year-old won the clinching Game 5 of the NLCS in Montreal, then four days later threw a complete game to beat the Yankees in Game 3 of the World Series at Dodger Stadium, gutting through nine hits and seven walks allowed to finish the one-run win, throwing 147 pitches.
Oh buddy, it’s so much more than grammatical errors.Typical response from your group. Go to grammar errors because they are the only thing you can go to. Hearing about this triggered memories about a baseball TV show I used to watch as a kid where the Dodgers were prominently featured but do not remember the name of it, or if I'm making 💩 up in my old age.
The Baseball Bunch? It was on Saturday mornings and Tommy Lasorda was on it each week. I used to get up early to watch it.Hearing about this triggered memories about a baseball TV show I used to watch as a kid where the Dodgers were prominently featured but do not remember the name of it, or if I'm making 💩 up in my old age.

I loved that show.Ah, yup that's it. Just looked up clips on Youtube.
He was a great story at a time when baseball needed a great story to drown out the negative press from the strike.Just thinking back this morning about the hysteria that Fernando created in 1981, and his first few seasons. It wasn't quite to the level of the Beatles, but it was a circus everywhere he went.
