Few of My Observations Post-Indiana...

-Offense averaging 400+ yards a game; I’ve been critical of B. Ferentz and Stanley in the past, but maybe they’re finding a game management rhythm.

-Love the athleticism Golston and Colbert bring to this defense in the front seven.

-T. Young is our every down back; Huge fan of IKM and Sargent, but T. Young runs harder and just seems to get first downs.... would like us to continue using IKM and sargent more in passing game.

-Seems our younger DBs could surpass our veterans in playing time without us even missing a beat... building huge depth here.

I was hoping they'd get Young 100 today.

Our offensive line dominated this game. I know nothing of Indiana’s d-line, But I hope this is a sign of things to come.

Another one is that Parker Hesse rarely makes a mistake. He reads plays extremely well and does what he is supposed to do.

I'm not gonna use this game to say who should be RB, not exactly fair when you look at the domination at the line compared to other games.

1 thing I'll say is that whoever is coaching ST really needs to get on those guys. If not, they are bound to cost us another game at some point this year.....

overall a very pleasing game to watch(if you're an Iowa fan at least )

Hank will be CB#1 when he gets back. I have no doubts. I like Brents over OJ, but I think OJ will be starting once he is fully healthy again.

3 things from me: Young impressed me and should be atop the depth chart; Cornerbacks need to be re-coached on turning and looking for the ball when the receiver starts looking for the ball; Fant played well but seemed to lack passion and excitement. Bonus observation: coach the kick returners better on the decisions they have back there! Wow...

Didn't get to see much of the game but what I did see, Iowa was impressive.
