Fifth Circuit

This is nothing but a political ruling. Why wouldn't TX be allowed to protect their own borders? That nonsense previous ruling that said only the feds can enforce the border, only applies if the feds are actually interested in protecting the border, which this admin is not.

This administration has clearly abdicated their duties.

Immigration and national security are federal issues. The fact you don't like doesn't give you jurisdiction. If you're gonna argue it does then I don't want to see one damn post from you about guns or abortion.

Or is this another one of those topics you guys just pick and choose on?

Do you have a like string to pull to just throw out ba cliches when you and your ilk are proven to be idiots?

You're next orginal thought will be your first.

Are you arguing that the judiciary isn't political? Because you'd be among the few remaining who believe such.

Of course the judiciary is political. People are just sick of moron Republicans claiming that every decision they dislike is due to biased, political activist judges while every decision they like is solid, reasoned and well founded in the law.

Because Democrats never do that...

So, the 5th Circuit and the SCOTUS have both said Texas needs to bring down the razor wire. Is the SCOTUS political?
Incidentally, Kim Reynolds and Ashley Hinson have now publicly supported Abbott in defying the SCOTUS. Where do you stand on not only ignoring the SCOTUS as the last word of the judicial branch, but where do you stand on elected officials openly cheering the defiance of the rule of law?

Upholds trial court order requiring Texas to remove the barricade buoys from the Rio Grande.

2-1

Well isn't that just awesome news. Those damn Republicans are doing all they can to keep the border open. Right Chis, cig man or whoever you're logged into now.

It’s a victory for the Constitution. But just barely.
The Dems own the border now, just like the right owns the women's reproduce rights. We legislate via courts now. Politicians don't have the balls to pass needed legislation.
