Personally, I'm more excited for the 5 Guys that is supposed to get here soon. Love their burgers.

Same thing happened in IC when freaking Sonic opened. I've been to a Portillos once in the the Twin Cities and wasn't particularly impressed. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. It's always busy.
Interesting . . . they opened one in Mishawaka not too long ago and we sort of went there on a whim. Had no idea what it was. Decent food. I found it very strange their building was pretty big but it had almost no seating.
Also we couldn't figure out why they have people outside taking orders, but apparently that's what they do at all locations. Seems strange to me.

Iowans are like sheep. When Coral Ridge Mall opened there were a thousand people standing in line to get in.
And CR has this for Chicago style!
Oh, gawd. I've eaten there twice. The first time it was so bad I assumed it was a mistake. The next time was exactly the same. The hot dogs are like shoes (although I've never actually eaten a shoe) and the fries are even worse.
So next time I go to CR, you recommend this place???????????????????????????????????????!

This was an actual restaurant in Silvis. It is unfortunately closed now. Ironically (or maybe not) it was right down the street from Porkies.
