Not seeing any oars on that rig so probably not Fleckles.
That would be a good tag since he’s got Hawkeye mudflaps as well. Almost appears as if the truck is black with gold on it, too.
The tigerhawk has definitely engrained itself into pop culture. I've seen it in alot of places I'd never expect. Even the other day I was watching a Cubs game and the camera zoomed in on someone wearing Hawkeye gear. The announcers spent a good minute or two raving Hawkeyes and their fans. It was a proud moment.
There was a guy at The Masters wearing a bright Hawkeye shirt. Did anyone else see that?

That truck looks real fast. I'd have to compare it to the spring practice photos to verify how fast it is moving.
