It works. It just sucks and doesn't seem to be complete.

When I am on this site and click at the top on the tab 'FB recruiting' and then 'Football Recruiting Database'., I seem to now go to a generic, Rivals Search Prospect page. In the past, it always took me to Iowa's page where I could search for players Iowa is recruiting, by position.

Not only that, there used to be advanced search options - you could search and see all guys with Iowa offers, etc. Now all we see is a coarse-wrapper sitting on top of the good stuff that is in the database.

So, there no longer is a way in rivals to see who Iowa is recruiting?

Try this.
Go to Menu link in upper left on Forums page of HawkeyeReport
Then hit FB recruiting database.
Then hit FB recruiting.
Click on 2017 team recruiting rankings.
Scroll down list to Iowa, currently #32.
Click on Iowa.
Then click on FB recruiting.
Click on Offer list.
That gives you a list of offers Rivals has collated from Iowa. Same process for basketball recruiting. Lengthy, cumbersome, and only lists offers, not the complete list of players Iowa is following, but it is a start I guess. Took me ten minutes of poking around just to figure out what I posted above. Hope it helps. If anyone else knows a shortcut, it would be appreciated!
