Frank looks like one heck of a receiver in those highlights. Not sure how strong his blocking skills are but that can be taught .Good find and thanks for sharing hawk_it!

Reminds me of Tevaun Smith's highlight tape coming out of high school. I think he could be a very similar player. Will probably need a redshirt year to refine his route running skills and learn how to block, something Smith did not get the benefit of.
