He had a signing ceremony to Iowa but did not sign an LOI as he currently is not qualified, his ACT/SAT is not high enough.

Ahh. There were rumblings that someone might not qualify so now we know. Good luck to Frank as he works on receiving a qualifying score. I hope we still see him as a Hawkeye soon.

His coach told me that Darby was scheduled to retake the SAT in January, but the test date was postponed due to a snowstorm. He will retake it in February now instead.

I hope things work out. He had the speed we need to stretch the field. I have not heard what his 40 time is but his video is incredible, he makes everyone look like they have snow shoes on.

I'm not an evaluator, but the eye test says someone forgot to put a couple extra stars behind Frank's name!! That is some exciting quickness and speed, with the ability to catch the ball in traffic.

He definitely has the speed, coaches will need to work with him on ball security. Carries the football away from his body and in one hand way too much.
