Free Throw Shooting

Each guy needs to shoot 100 free throws at the beginning then again at the end of practice tomorrow. If they shoot that bad all year, I am going to go insane.

Cook and Wagner were two who missed free throws. Fran says Cook usually better. We will have to wait and see because future teams are definitely going to hack away at him.

FT's in a non-conf game. Iowa always seems to have one of those nights. Last night they were awful. I liked their aggressiveness towards the basket, but now we need to finish the FT's.

I am sure they will improve.

actually they do ...but totally agree...the insane part ...
Cook & Wagner to a lesser degree are going to get fouled...6 for 16 obviously isn't going to cut it...that's for sure.

Also it would help if we could finish at the basket so we were shooting an and-one instead of one-and-one every time.

Hack a Cook might be best defensive strategy. I'm sure he can get north of 50% but I don't think he's known for FT shooting.
