I watched this weekly during the original run but after it ended I don’t think I saw a single rerun episode.

A couple days ago I was flipping around and saw the episode with Julia Roberts and Jean-Claude Van Damme, so I stopped and watched a bit.

How in the world was this so popular? It just doesn’t hold up well, IMO. The jokes are corny, the laugh track is overbearing and the writing is just … dumb.

Now, Seinfeld, I could watch those over and over.

Completely agree. Loved it. It's unwatchable now.

I never liked that show. I'm not cool. I just didn't relate to any of the characters. I didn't like Sienfeld either for the same reason.

King of Queens is a shitty show from the same era but at least I related to Doug.

I never got why it was popular and didn't think it was funny, but then again I wasn't a Dharma and Greg fan either so I might just not have any taste.

Outside of the pet duck scenes, I never much cared for that show.

I never liked it

The characters, for the most part, were all extremely likeable. The writing was ok, but the actors were tremendous, and I don’t know if there’s been a show produced on television that was as perfectly cast as Friends.

Didn't watch Friends because it was one of those shows that everyone was gushing over and I got tired hearing about it.

Seinfeld was a love/hate thing with me. One episode would be classic and the next absolutely sucked. I think if it would have been 15 minute show I would have liked it better.

Everybody Loves Ray I could watch on a weekly basis.
