It's a fun poll in the slow times of summer. I tried to make them fairly comparable and give both sides of the fence an option.

Some are more realistic than others. That said, it has to be Stanley and a Heisman. Biggest award in college FB (next to the NC perhaps) and the end of the "Iowa doesn't do offense" narrative. That would vault the program up a notch.

Interesting "thorpe winners" doesnt have any votes. That would be a solid 5 years P.P. could point to for landing studs.

I think Iowa already has a pretty good rep for turning out DBacks, especially after King and Jackson back to back. And the Thorpe award isn't as well known as ...well, most of them aren't well known compared to the Heisman.

Is there an award or something we can replace it with that might get some votes? I didnt want to just write "2020 top 5 recruitting class".
