Is this team's recipe for success really just this simple?? I've watched every play of the season at least a couple times. How many times do you see a missed tackle from this team? Very, very rarely. How many times do you see dropped passes? Just a few. How many times do you see missed blocking assignments? Ok, more than a few... but good lord, look at the patchwork line we've had to piece together. I think it was Mitch King that tweeted the other day..."assignment football....gotta love it". To me I think he's saying that the guys on this team are in the right position to make plays... and then they make the g-damn play! There are other important factors that go into and undefeated season of course: a lucky break here and there.... a tough as nails QB... senior leadership....; but I think the biggest one is executing the fundamentals of the game at a very high level.
