Yeah, I don't even know how that works. It's a state charge so the Supreme Court can stick it. I mean, he would need to prove that the evidence produced in the trial was false and that's not what he's doing. He just wants his lackies on SCOTUS to declare the trial never happened and that's it. It would appear you are intimately familiar with the 170+ page report given your eagerness in offering an “objective” recapitulation of it.

The fact the case is not going to trial now because of the outcome of the 2024 election is not in question; nor is it relevant when considering your…unique interpretation and analysis of the 170+ page report.
