The Hawks will be facing off against Jalen Embry's team, NIU in the first game of the season. The guy was one of Phil Parker's "pipeline" guys from Detroit. Due to academics, he had to leave the program and get things straightened out at Iowa Central Community College - but then, by the time things were squared away, the Hawks had a pretty full room at CB.
