Maybe that's why they don't shoot much??? Really.. they need to finish those shots!

Or they need to shoot earlier like in the first period. that way if they do get countered theres still time to come back. Then again these hawks get ridden like ponies so I guess their damned if they do, damned If they don't.

Lol. Did you not watch the Gilman/Waters match? Safe to say Gilman shot in the first period.

There are exceptions of course but as a team there is a glaring lack of activity in the 1st period.

I watched it. Gilman scored his first TD when Waters basically fell down and his 2nd TD off of a slip throw by Waters.

Let's not confuse 2 TDs with Gilman being the second coming of Lincoln.

Sorensen DOESN'T shoot, let's T-shirt fire attempts at him until he finally gets taken down and loses.. Guess sometimes you have to give credit to the opponent...

Not to mention that t-shirt used same duck 3 times in a row and Sorensen couldn't/didn't know to use that against him. Match awareness is a bit of a problem for Sorensen

It's not all about what we did or didn't do. The opponents in those matches were all very good wrestlers.

Was thinking the same thing. Sorensen used a good counter to slip past the first attempt, the second time he was lucky, but escaped again. At that point I said to myself, now you know what is coming so be ready for it, anticipate it and use it to your advantage. Maybe the move has no counters or Sorensen did not know how to adjust to it.
