It's a Big Ten job.

But it's most definitely a bottom of the Big Ten job in every metric that matters.

No established coach with options is going to coach at Iowa minus some outlier type payday which is not going to happen. And that's ok. Finding Iowa's version of Bo Ryan is more difficult but the longevity and ROI is incredible.
