Foolishly I allowed one teenage child to have some candy from the secondary bag. She had 5 fellow students over yesterday to work on a group project. I had Diet Pepsi and chips ready, plus I did say she could give each person a few items. So, my 100 count bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, mini Hershey's bars, and Whoppers is now a bag purely comprised of Whoppers.
I'm am sitting here looking at the primary bag I got from Costco that had Reese's, Snickers, Milky Way's, M&M, Twix, and 100,000 Grand bars and there is an inch wide slit in one corner right along the upper seam of the bag. Just enough to get a few items out one at a time.
Look, we all buy Halloween candy knowing we intend some of it to be left over for us. Well, I'm not getting stuck with all those Whoppers.
