Good crowd for the South Dakota game

I was at the game on Wednesday and was happily surprised at the great turn out.

The crowd was loud at times with great energy. I didn't hear the official total, but would guess the attendance to be about 11k.

Saw a few recognizable people tonight, Brian Ferentz, Huluska, and new OL coach Tim P.

How did it seem on TV and compared to other home games (to others in attendance)?

I think officially it was about 12,600. The TCU game will be a sell out.

It looks like there are only a couple hundred left for TCU. 12,864 for the official number for South Dakota. TCU will be 15,400.

From the information I've seen, Hawk fans have been the biggest in person supporters of their team in the NIT. Far ahead of any other home crowd.

Where are the conspiracy theorists now to claim that the Hawks will get preferential treatment by the NCAA (aka referees) to increase NIT revenue?
