I say good news for southern red states because California pays for much of their infrastructure through tax dollar redistribution... aka socialism. The southern red states suck much more money from the federal teat than they contribute.

Odd to take a victory lap here. This is like the many months of miserable Bidenomics' Inflation, followed by some moderation. You don't erase history with a small, one year change.
I was actually breathing a sigh of relief for the infrastructure of southern (and other) blue states reliant on the federal taxes paid by Californians.

The increase in the S&P has driven an even bigger chasm between the haves and the have nots. An indeniable fact is that the Biden presidency has been brutal to the middle and lower income classes of America.
Hahahaha. Good call, dumbass…

  1. I don’t believe you
  2. Biden overcame the pandemic, supply chain issues, and other issues resulting in…
  3. A 50% increase in the S&P since he took office
  4. For which I say thank you
  5. And as you are one who likely advocates or has likely advocated for privatization of SS and saving on one’s own, he has delivered with aplomb. So…
  6. You should say thank you as well

You and I, and some others on this board can withstand huge percentage increases with auto and home insurance premiums, significant increases in groceries and many other products. Middle and lower income families cannot.

Your flippant attitude on the matter is one of several reasons why your side lost the election. The American left has turned into the hoity-toity elitist party.

The blue collar people who voted for him voted for a billionaire who is now filling the hen house with billionaire foxes. This is what they wanted. Self interest, less social welfare (including farmers), etc. So, while Joe averaged 12.5% over 4 years, I am eagerly awaiting for Trump to take my pile of money to the moon. We will look back in 4 years to see if that is true, and/or if he has pulled the working class’ bootstraps up to share in the goodness.

Can you blame them? How long do you sit on your hands as the cost of everything shoots to the moon? Most people DON’T have a cushy three figure salary.

Oh for cripes sake! No he isn’t. Did you take a lot of drama classes in hs?
Homeowner’s insurance is on the rise due to climate change related issues like more derechos in the Midwest, and more strong hurricanes in Florida. This is widespread knowledge. So essentially he is.

Trends in Home Insurance Rates

Analyzing Recent Data

Recent data shows a noticeable increase in home insurance rates, particularly as we move through 2024. Comparing pre-2024 trends with current data reveals a significant uptick in premiums. This change is largely attributed to the rising inflation rate.

Please tell me how Biden is responsible for inflation world wide. The entire world has seen worse conditions than us. Does the term global economy strike a bell?

First off, I don’t think Biden is responsible for anything…good or bad. His handlers on the other hand. You also realize that the current state of the US economy plays a MASSIVE role in the global economy, right?

Liberal elitists making fun of lower income families? check

The Democrat fantasy is dead. They’re no longer the workers’ party

Kamala Harris’s comprehensive defeat shows the fatal flaw in a political party whose humble origins have given way to social elites and racial grievances

Sure. The US accounts for 25% of gdp. Now explain why that correlates to less inflation in the US.

Cali gets $100 billion a year from the Feds (that’s US taxpayers) just for Medicaid. Per the WSJ.
I’m sure since you live in Jawja that’s okay by you?

The population offset is fueled by illegals moving there because it’s a sanctuary state offering benefits these people could never dream of back in their country of origin.
I’m not sure I’d hold Cali up as a model for much of anything these days other than sunshine.

Don’t YOU live here amongst us - the ignorant fools?
Yes, I’m here for the weather. That’s it. I don’t feel the need to prop up the south because I choose to live in a warm climate. Florida outside of the coastal areas is pretty much trash. JMO

Alrighty then. One of the a-holes us Floridians wish would have an unhappy encounter with a large gator during mating season.
