Most of Maga has 0 understanding of the federal court system. How it is organized, how it works, what its role is.. all they know is it is totally unfair the king is challeneged.

Well geez, you must be a Constitutional Scholar, not. This is all about due process which is embedded in the bill of rights and the constitution and our other laws. Dumpster ordered these people deported based on the Alien Enemies Act which means there the US has to be officially at war with Venezuela since these are people from that country. And Dumpster said just round them up, dont check who they are, put them on a plane, but one way or another deport them to a gulag without even trying to find out if they are gang members. You just dont seem to know how a democratic constitution works.
Another group brought a lawsuit to the judge, the judge said WAIT you have not given these people due process so that we can see if they are criminals and part of this gang. So Dumpster breaking the due process part of the US Law. So the judge says stop, desist, etc.
