A man out for a walk with his dog was gunned down by 3 black youths.

At one point he pleaded for his life "don't shoot, please don't shoot me" but they shot him again and again.

Maybe the TPP will overrule that.

If Americans are spending their money on guns while other nationals can't, that means Americans have less money to spend on other goods, including foreign products. Therefore the 2nd Amendment is in restraint of trade and harms the future earnings of foreign corporations. It has to go.

The humor has nothing to do with the murder, obviously, it has everything to do with the idiot OP and his posts. He added the brain surgeon part, not the murderer.

Well I can say the media loves them some white cops that shoot people, but when a black person shoots an innocent man - it is small print. Talk about race baiters...

I think you are misplacing the emphasis.

FIFY with bolding: Well I can say the media loves them some white cops that shoot people, but when a black person, who is not a cop, shoots an innocent man - it is small print.

I think we've had this discussion before. I won't speak for the "media", but this is a big issue because they are governmental officials, because they are law enforcement, because they are cops. Yes, it is disproportionately covered when the shot-ee is black, but the main criticism is of the cop.

Certainly mine is. I don't care the cops race, it is a law enforcement problem, not a race-within-law-enforcement problem.

Or maybe it's a problem regarding a bunch of people committing criminal acts and being disrespectful toward police officers.

IMO that's what appears to be happening in this country.

Cop shoots and kills a person. Outrage ensues.
Non-Cop shoots and kills a person. No Outrage.

I get it, you are trying to say that it is the "black mans" fault for the cops shooting them all of the time. Ok, whatever, that isn't the point of anything I posted. You keep trying to compare OIS to non-LEOs killing non-leos, and you keep trying to show hypocrisy. It isn't hypocrisy when people are outraged about it being ABOUT A COP.

Clearly people care more when it is the government acting, as would you, if it was anyone other than a cop........say the POTUS.

What you and Arbit8 and too many others seem to forget is that there are bad people out there. That's why we like having cops. BUT THE COPS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THE BAD PEOPLE.

Why should we get more than ordinarily upset when anonymous people do bad things? It's bad. It's a crime and most of the time nobody is saying otherwise. On the other hand, why WOULDN'T we get upset when the people who are supposed to be protecting all of us end up killing or abusing some of us in circumstances that don't seem to justify it?

It's not only contrary to what the cops are supposed to do but any time it happens should be a shock.

That's a serious question. Ever since swag said he didn't intend for people to take him seriously, I have adjusted my interactions with him accordingly. I'll do the same with you if that's what you are saying.

I'm just being honest. I seriously question the integrity of your brain if in fact you believe even a small percentage of what you post. I specifically am concerned regions involved in decision-making and credulity are quite possibly dysfunctional.
I'm friends with the head of neurology at UNMC, so I'm sure I could get you an appointment sooner than later.
Those with anosognosia are the last to know about their problems, so information from collaterals would be important to your physicians in providing a more definitive diagnosis.
