To all those fathers out there I hope you've had a great day. Like the rest if you, the Hawks play an important role in my life. Something that my father instilled in me and something that I've instilled in my children. I lost my father this past fall and in his will he made sure there was to be no funeral on a football Saturday. The Hawks came first win lose or draw. Reading the good news out of IC this weekend would have put a smile on his face and surely has mine. Happy Father's Day to Hawkeyes past present and future.
