Did you really have to go and do that, Undercover? I'm older than your parents. Thanks for the ego boost.;)

They survived, while putting their lives on the line. I realize you are starved for attention, but this probably isn't the best thread to be a dick in.
Sometimes you check ignored posts to remind yourself why you ignored a certain poster. Pretty much a 100% confirmation rate that it was the right move.

Speaking of old underwear. I had a pair of red long johns. (The old union suit) My mom got them for me in around 1975 for christmas one year. My wife finally made me get rid of them in 2012. Of course they got replaced with a new pair. I loved those underwear. They kept you warm in the winter, that is for sure.

My dad had a pair when he was growing up. He used to tell about how they had to take them all the way down when they went to the bathroom in the out house on the farm in the winter. He said, you could get the kind with a button in back for an extra quarter, but back then, no one had an extra quarter. Then he said, we never got sick though.
