Then my apologies. I'm new here, just saw it today, and didn't know that it has been talked about. AND, I don't read other rasslin forums, so that's why I'm behind the curve.

Been quite the week of revelations for me.
- Monday my teenager comes home and informs me that we actually had a man walk on the moon.
- Wednesday I happen upon an article on the internet that proves the earth is round.
- Yesterday my wife tells me she has it on good authority that the Cubs won the World Series last year.
- And now today I find out that Gilman and Metcalf had a conversation.
I wonder what tomorrow will reveal.
Could have been just a TAD bit more dramatic.

Is everyone who posts on here an Iowa fan? Is that a requirement? If not, and I refrain from Iowa bashing, could you give me a reason why that's problematic, assuming I conduct myself with respeck?
This is to everyone, I started to post on here because there is no other place where I can discuss rasslin, due to having the most dangerous words on the internet. So, if people genuinely don't want me to post on here, and being a reasonable man, state so in reply to this message and I'll kindly oblige.

Act nice, question others opinions when appropriate, have discussions, be reasonable..........yet true to your honest beliefs..and opinions.

Agree. It's not like we're talking about some subversive "dangerous words" written under a pseudonym by Benjamin Franklin or John Adams before the Revolutionary War here.

One can't be an Iowa fan and not publicly bash them any longer to not be taken seriously? Would you prefer that I DO bash them then? I'm confused.
I do think it's weird that Ban always says his words are very dangerous.. like that's just a weird think to say I guess. And I know he has been banned at almost every place he's been to and has a bad rep, but let's just give him the benefit of the doubt. He just started posting here and wasn't around when the Gilman thing happened and I honestly think he didn't intend to start anything. I'm gonna go with the way Iowa is dealing with Downey approach and give Ban a chance even if he's failed in the past and believe he means good. He might end up just being a giant troll and burn us but I'm gonna give him respect (for now) and hope he stays respectful as well.
