You know, it hit me just a little while ago while reading a couple articles on ESPN's website (a really good one -- finally! -- http://espn.go.com/college-football...dary-1983-staff-make-impact-2015-playoff-race) just how special this season is. I've been like everyone else, focusing on each week, wondering about the outcome, wondering how the competition for the CFP will do, etc.
What I haven't done, until just now, was sit back and bask in how great it is for the Hawks to be in this position at this stage of the season. What a great year. I didn't expect it at all. I thought maybe eight wins, maybe nine if things went well. 10-0 with a realistic chance to make the playoffs? Not once did I think that. Not once. This is a great team, a special season. Love these guys and I'm enjoying the hell out of this season!
