Hawks looking awful fast in winter drills!

I thought B. Smith might be the next Mcnutt when he came in last year. He'll need to make huge strides to reach that obviously. His year was quite underwhelming in my book. He has some time but he may not have the desire or drive to be great. I hope he does and the team needs him to be that guy. Time will tell.
Sure he will, but remember the Nutt didn't even move to WR, until his third year on campus, I believe. B Smith played a good number of snaps as a true freshman, and has been practicing at WR for a full season and bowl prep. I'd expect a solid contribution from him this year. Now if his numbers look similar next year, we'll need to rethink.

God guys, there freaking pictures. Hell the Huskers looking fast too, and Rutgers, and Northwestern and so on and so on and so on. They all look fast with no pads. I know it’s off season and slow....but my God.

Land of 10 article said hes up 15 lbs since showing up last summer and has improved his speed. Dont get me wrong I want the kid to be atop the record books by the time he leaves. Gotta go out and do it though. I really hope to see the needed adjustments and improvements in a larger sample size this coming season!

Brandon and ISM will both be vastly improved.. I really think BS can be the Hawkeyes version of a Aquan Boldin type receiver.. Big, Strong, Physical, Athletic & fast enough to get the job done at a high level!
