Help with NCAA tix...

Unfortunately I recently found out my Uncle who was a long time season ticket holder(over 40 years) and donor didn't renew his tix this year due to health complications. He regrets not ordering them for our sake, but can't fault him as he was unaware of even renewing his tix in the first place. He always ordered tix to NCAAs for us in the past other than 2 years ago he let someone else use them because we elected to go with a suite.

I've only been a season ticket holder for 8 years and cannot get NCAA tix through the university.

Anyway, we are looking for 4 tix. Preferably in the Iowa section, but we are not picky and any 4 would work. Just wanted to put it out there... Thanks fellas.
 
I can only order 2 tickets but you're welcome to them if you can't find 4 together. I'll check back in this thread or you can PM me.
 
I had no idea anyone that had been buying that long could get shut out of tickets, so I feel a little petty about my thread. I am however in pretty much the same boat as Gobblin. I need three tickets really badly, and, as I said in the other thread, will hand deliver cash to any of you great HR posters who could get them for me.

Since Goblin got hooked up I might be interested if I can't get three together. I'll let you know by Friday (last day to order). I can't figure out how to PM on this board though. I thought I had done it in the past, but can't figure out how tonight.

Anybody else out there with three or that can get three? Please! I'd really like to get this done. My mom won't go if I don't have tickets in hand, even though they're usually plentiful to scalp in StL. Besides, we'd like to be able to sit in two groups, not spread all over the arena like we were in Des Moines.
 
I didnt realize if you were a season ticket holder you may not get tickets. This is only my second year so my bad for not looking into this. I could use 2 tickets for sure if anyone is willing to help me out. sorry guys

Is there a chart that shows each school's section?

I have 1 extra ticket, lower-level section 124.
 
If you are willing to split 2 and 2, I would advise just scalping them outside the arena before the sessions. I've been to 4 of the last 5 NCAA's with my brother and thats what we do. We've gotten better seats than I would normally pay for for much cheaper than face value for every session. Kind of fun to sit in different sections of the arena next to different fans, too.

Probably what we would've done, but just wanted the security of tix in hand plus it's always nice to sit with fellow Hawk fans. Nightmare scenario is being stuck next to some fake baking, roided out fOSU fan.;)

No worries! I'm glad you got four together — it's always more fun not to be split up.

For anyone else who is still interested, I'll check back Friday morning to see if anyone still needs tix. After spending 45 minutes poking around Rivals I figured out that you can't send PMs or direct messages unless you are a paying subscriber, so that's out for communciation. The best option might be to start a new thread where people can post requests and those of us with the ability to order tickets can find you.

I got saved by the guy that used to sit in front of me in good ole Section B before the reseat a few years ago. Thanks for the offers of help and good luck to all the rest looking. I'm SO glad I don't have to call all those schools over and over again.

I've been working on it for you

I can get just what you want ......with one small issue.

The Tix are for a Miley Cyrus concert.

But at least your daughters and wife and multiple other guests will be able to get up and dance in the aisle.......
