We only lose to super crappy teams, that won't even make the tourney. Everyone from here on out is good, and we will hit an elite 8.
I will eat nothing but crow for 6 months if that happens.We only lose to super crappy teams, that won't even make the tourney. Everyone from here on out is good, and we will hit an elite 8.
If we are a 10 seed watch out! We won't get that lucky. Will be a dreaded 8 or 9.We only lose to super crappy teams, that won't even make the tourney. Everyone from here on out is good, and we will hit an elite 8.
Everyone from here on out is good..
They sure did Obese. Michigan, ISU, Miami, and St Peters all made the sweet 16 after getting a nice restful weekend before the tourney. Sucking to OSU is going to pay off.Didn't UNC make the Championship game last year as an 8 seed?
Richmond, I think, is the only double digit seed Fran's lost to in the NCAAT. Ya know, that game where Keegan played the whole 2nd half with an ankle sprain.I'm wondering how many first round tournament losses that is now to a double digit seed for Fran. And I mean both the NCAA and Big 10 Tournaments.
If Iowa is the underdog, they have shot. As the much higher seeded team, Iowa usually craps the bed.
Fran != tournament coach.
Is that goat still alive?........I have a theory that Tom Davis's goat put a curse on us in 1999.
I still can't get over this thinking some people have that "losing first game in the conference tournament, even if were the much higher seed" automatically translates into "vastly increased chances of making a run - to at least the Sweet16 - in the NCAA Tourney".
