This is not what Lautt did, it was an elevator/kick flip like ness used to do from feet while other wrestler is in on a leg.

Correct. The cement mixer (or Gator Roll) is done from the front headlock position; rolling towards the trapped arm.
This was an elevator, performed when your opponent has your leg in the air.
Hidlay has Mehki Today and likely again at ACC tourney. they are the like 3/4 seeds any way
