Perhaps you were not listening. He talked to the leader of a foreign country, a very powerful country that you all know well, and that leader said they have even more explosive trees. But, because they rake their forests they don't have near the problem that we have in the US. See, proof that it's really a management problem, and has nothing to do with climate change.

The explosive trees in the Pacific Northwest are really known as Japan trees. During WW2, the Japanese dropped explosive tree seeds in attempt to separate California from Nevada. They misfired and instead grew into explosive trees.
