Hot seat candidates:

NE lost Morrow and had White III transfer to Syracuse. OSU last Bates-Diapp (sp?) and IU lost Anunoby. IL allegedly has a stellar class coming in, but talent on the court has never been their problem. Sobering that Tony Freeman and JR Koch have been our best IL recruits in the last 10 years.

Morrow was out with an injury for 6 or 7 games but he's playing again (been back for 2 or 3 games now).

Can the following Big Ten coaches salvage their jobs with late season runs ? Hope so.

Crean: IU fans want his scalp...now. I say he is out.

Groce: Ill. fans are ready to terminate him....he survives due to Tilman coming next year.

Miles: Fans fed up but howdy-doody gets a pass at a FB school.

The rest seem safe.

Again, I like having these guys return... Fran is a better coach than all three.
NEbraska is a football school??????

I'd like to see Geno take a men's head coaching position and see how great of a coach he is when he doesn't get every player he wants in the country.
I heard the average winning margin in UConn's streak is approximately 30 points. Just shows you how uneven the women's game is.

I agree 100%. He knows the answer to that question so will never do it, though. It is amazing what he has done but it just wouldn't be even close to possible in the men's game.

Groce was their Lickliter...basically fell to their 6th choice. I am curious to see how bad they mess up the next hire. Quite frankly, Fran is exactly what they need (not that he's an option).

Not even close to Lick's tenure. He recruits, plays a decent style of basketball, he will emerge with another job if he loses the Illyny gig.
