How can IOWA get in trouble for Ashton

And Harbaugh can bring that list? Is it that it's a planned event? Just curious, I'm not familiar with the rules on the subject of cele-cruiting.
Because it is after they have signed. Once they sign you can bring in all the celebrities you want. Kentucky brings in Drake, Lebron etc. to come into their locker room even had Drake participate in warm ups once. Guys like Harbaugh, Calipari etc. have no shame when it comes to recruiting. They don't care how they look, what they have to do, who they have to anger or really anything else.
Most recruits eat this crap up by the bowlful. It is because of how these kids are treated now that they fall for this crap. They get treated like stars in high school and think the college football coaches should treat them as such. Every once in a while you will get top recruits who are more humble who don't lake all the fake recruiting crap but its rare.
If you aren't willing to play the game, which Iowa coaches aren't, it is a lot harder to recruit top talent.
It is why I have a lot of respect for a kid like Andrew Wiggins. He was being called the best prospect since Lebron but he didn't act like he was god's gift. He quietly when about the recruiting process and didn't make a big production of his announcement even though he could have probably gotten some prime time airtime on ESPN if he wanted to.
Look at the top recruits Iowa has gotten and they usually are more humble kids who are hard workers. Epenesa didn't make a big production and he could have.
Just for clarification, Iowa is not in any trouble for anything to do with Ashton kutcher, correct?
They did get Warned by the Jokers at the NCAA though.

This was a few years ago, Ashton was on the sideline for a game and recruits happened to meet him by chance.
