Somewhat evocative of an article I once read about the Congressional barber, who was said to hold something of a closely guarded technique for maintaining the late Strom Thurmond's hair "a color not found in nature."
The thing is, while many politicians sometimes have just truly horrific forms of cosmetology (Trump's skin color, Biden's and Schumer's plugs), if you have ever seen anybody elected to Senate or above up close, YOU WANT THEM TO HAVE THAT WORK DONE. YOU NEED THEM TO HAVE THAT WORK DONE. Because their very EXISTENCE, while GROTESQUE, does not hold a candle to their up-close appearance, which is often somewhat scaly.
We can't all be Jim Traficant.
