Some coaches are good at X’s and O’s Others are good at being “people persons” they surround the program with great coaches from top to bottom....I’m assuming he is an X and O type of guy?
Or some people luck into a recruiting rich program.
He sounds perfect for Nebraska.
Have you seen the names that he recruited during his tenure there? He might not have been the best game-day coach, but that guy and his staff could recruit.
