Because a great thrower can control a game every and any time a game is played. That great thrower needs strong pass protection from his line. We haven't seen outstanding pass protection from the Iowa line since Bennett arrived.

I wouldn't count on Lainez ever playing a down of P5 football. From what I have heard. He will not be on the roster next year unless AIQBHG strikes.
