Nebraska football and now Penn State wrestling. Dynasties created with stacking the room with top talent. I'm a fan of Iowa, OK State, Mizzou, and a couple others and just can't figure out how Penn State is pulling this off. Over the last 35 years, 5 star talent just won't come unless you give them a full ride. Obviously can't give everyone a full ride so what other options are available? Probably been discussed on here before but can the university give other money to these kids to come up with the rest, are they all academic whizzes getting scholarship money, is something else going on? Is this subject to open records or is it just something we can't figure out?
