Trump is proposing a year-long ( actually 13+ month) celebration of the semiquincentennial (250) of the US from Memorial Day 2025 to July 4, 2026, that would be akin to a world's fair ( no sure we still have those). And, it will be at the fairgrounds in Des Moines.
