How many Hawkeyes at Ryan Field on Sat ?

Normally I'd make the drive but I don't think I'm heading to NW this weekend. Hoping for last second changes.
Ryan Field is a pathetic venue for a P5 conference school. Horrible
Agree 100% with this statement. I have been there many times and the all around atmosphere is nearly D3ish. The stadium is comparable to Drake. I still loved the roadtrip.
Ryan Field feels like a big high school field. It doesn't have the atmosphere of a college game at all. That's part of why I think we've struggled there- it's hard to get up for a game in that environment. I was there in 2015 when we STOMPED them, and it was scary how little excitement there was in the air for a TOP 25 MATCHUP... NORTHWESTERN was ranked against a ranked Iowa team.
I might go. It's only a 3 and 1/2 hour drive from here. The weather doesn't look too good though.

I'll be there with a group of 12. Along with this there are 4 different Iowa bars doing round trip trolleys and All-you-can-eat/drink tailgates + DJ and raffles before the game. So there are a solid 8 buses of us in total headed over there.

I’ll be honest I was not expecting StubHub tickets to still be $40 + fees this late in the game. Will be paying a bit more than I expected.
I think the Big Ten allows us to travel with 70. There should be quite a few fans in the stands though!

Lol who the **** is complaining about the weather? It’ll be the most beautiful October game in a long time. Especially if the scoreboard lights up for the good guys.
I’ll be in the Evanston area, but not free until after noon. Best option for getting into the stadium, let’s say at or after halftime? If that fails, Hawkeye bars in Evanston?

We were shopping on Michigan Avenue this afternoon. Ony saw one other Hawk fan. But tons of Southern Cal fans in town for Nortre Dame game. Must be at Soldiers Field tomorrow.
Partly cloudy and 74 degrees for the game. Wind 10 - 15 mph is forecast. Sounds good.

You've never been to South Bend have you? I'm surprised SC fans actually will even lower themselves to spend the day. A weekend just ain't gonna happen.
I went to a game at Northwestern one year.
Saw no hot Northwestern ladies. None.
Their stadium is a dive.
They are extremely lucky that they found a damn good former player to be their head coach that isn't looking to go to football friendly place.
