How much it costs to hire a band - spin-off from the concert thread

Some bands are surprisingly expensive for who they are and the last time they were relevant. Others seem surprisingly affordable.

For $200k we could put together a pretty good 80s rock festival:

Warrant: $25k
LA Guns: $10k
Skid Row: $35k
Slaughter: $30k
Great White: $20k
Jackyl: $30k
Winger: $20k
Stryper: $25k

Most of these bands aren't touring with the original singer. May as well pay a fraction of the price for a cover band of younger guys that sound like the original. Ala Hairball. You get all of them in one show!

I have 2 acres of side yard that is all flat. I know it's not much. I have a 1000 acres on each side but there is my pool, lake, driving range, and car warehouse. and it's mostly timber.

I can have my hired hands build a stage and lighting towers.

Can someone pick up the band fees?

I'll just put on a Toadies and Bowling for Soup concert, because both those bands are local to me.
