I use low-fat milk in recipes. But I have not just drank milk from a glass since I was a child.

Used to drink it a lot. Then I stopped. When my son is home from college he uses it for a few things like protein shakes. i will drink some when its in the house. And apparently, this will make me a HORT monster, but we only drink skim.

Rarely, once a year unless you include ice cream and milkshakes. Then maybe once or twice a month. If you include cheese then it is almost daily.

Only if it's lactose free. Loved milk as a kid, then a few years ago a drank a big glass for breakfast and went out on a canoe. 20 minutes later I said

"We need to get back on shore. Quick!"

That is how I found out I was lactose intolerant. I didn't know it was something you could just develop later in life

I have about 1/8 of a cup in my morning coffee. So daily. Can't remember the last time I've had a full glass, though.

I stopped drinking milk and gut issues disappeared. Ice cream can cause it, as can yogurt to a lesser degree. No problems with cheese.

But a straight glass of milk and I’m blowing up the bathroom in a half hour.

same withy my wife. About all she can handle is picking cheese off the top of something, which will still cause bloat.

If she has ice cream or milk though, its code brown.

Any raw milk drinkers here? I hear it's all the rage with the RFK people.
Rarely on its own, though a post ride choco milk, cocoa, or huck latte from time to time. I do make a fair bit of ice cream in the summer, though usually just with the cheap stuff.

Mrs. A. has recently begun to get the stuff that you have to shake up, from a local farm of weirdos who want to give you a ten minute speech when you just want to pick up some milk and fresh beef.

Probably 5-10 gallons a year.

I like it and so does my son but, clearly not enough to have it on hand all the time.

I like it with protein shakes but just been using water as of late- which sucks

Almond Milk.
I do know regular milk is loaded with sugar. I lost a bunch of weight just cutting dairy milk out of my diet.

2-cup coffee mug filled 3/4 with morning coffee. Add a shot of half and half, fill to rim with milk. Add 1 Splenda packet. Almost every morning. Good stuff. I buy which ever non-organic milk has the furthest expiration date. Usually “red” milk. Seldom do I drink an actual glass of milk.

Rarely. Only if milk is on hand for a recipe and I feel like wasting less of it, then I'll have a small glass.
