I'm asking because I made a comment about a specific protein supplement being tolerable in ice water, and some twat responded with this as if he's the only person on reddit:No OP dad’s dick option?! What kinda poll is this nonsense?!

Then it got me thinking... am I in the minority with drinking it with cold water even though its in the directions?

Google says poop is only 2-3% protein. That's just not a good source of protein.

Mostly food(eggs, chicken, lean beef and pork, fish, yogurt) but supplement with a couple shakes a day. Average 225 gramsHow do you take it?

Milk is way too calorie dense to add to my shakes. Currently I'm aiming for around 1950 calories per day, and 8oz of milk + 1 scoop of protein is about 210 calories right there. I do about 16 ounces of cold water and 1 scoop of protein, so about 90 calories with my breakfast.Milk. It's like making hot cocoa. You always use milk.
he's not sprinkling his protein powder on his fish.I just assumed he put protein powder on all of those things.
I've tried water. It doesn't taste nearly as good. I've made my peace with being a few pounds overweight if it means I can still workout the way I want to.Milk is way too calorie dense to add to my shakes. i love straight cold water. I don't need this to be a tasty treat; I put it down in like 10 seconds. The vanilla powder I use tastes fine, but I just love that cold shot to the gut in the morning.I've tried water. It doesn't taste nearly as good. Vanilla, unsweetened, almond milk for me- due to it having just 30 calories (I want few calories coming from liquids, so I can eat more food) and better taste, IMO. But yes, any sort of "milk" above water.Milk. It's like making hot cocoa. You always use milk.

Ya there's an option for that.SIAP, but I'm sure OP's mom knows all about protein supplements...
I usually stick with whey isolate because it mixes easier and doesn’t mess with my stomach.
