How old does a girl need to be before you can refer to her as hot?

Now days it's hard to tell if a girl is 16 or 19. There are some 16 and 17 year olds now days that may not get carded at a bar. If a girl is hot, she's hot. If she is under 18, use museum rules.
When my daughter would have friends over around age 15 and I became a little itchy, I knew they were crossing a threshold. No, no pics.

Yeah..dropped my 11 year old off at a friends house and the next door neighbor was outside. I asked the friend's dad (a buddy of mine) who the hot neighbor was, thinking it was the mother of the house. Nope...13 year old neighbor girl. She was 5'9" and well..you know. I said Hail Marys all the way home. Anymore you can't tell.
