Some of the ones on my social media got slightly worked up! About how Iowa doesn't care about the game until they win! Some were giving me crap about how their defense was playing well until they lost their stud. I said - what about L. Daniels and D. Ott??
This game is good for the state and both programs. Iowa does have a lot to gain from it. Win or Lose they played a Power 5 non-con game. It was good for them to play in a hostile environment early in the season!
