I get pissed when the opposite happens. I get a green arrow in the left turn lane and some asshat decides they can make the right turn on red even though I have the right of way.
When turning right and there are two lanes, you're not allowed to to pick your lane, you're supposed to turn into the closed lane.
I may stand corrected on this. But the question I have is what the feck is taking so long for the guy turning right to get the feck going? I am coming from farther away and Nana takes 25 seconds to turn right? Wtf?

Those two statements seem to contradict each other. It says they’re both free to turn into their respective lanes. What if the only immediate hazard is the idiot making the right hand turn who didn’t turn into his immediate lane?
And I agree with you if there’s only one lane. The driver making the right hand turn has the right of way.
What if the guy making the right-hand turn needs to make a left turn immediately after the turn? Should he have to wait for the guy turning left to get out of his way, or should he be able to turn into the second lane not crossing any other traffic?
Yes. The left lane is reserved for cars turning left. Just like if the guy turning left needed to make an immediate right. He'll need to yield to the right turning car to get into that lane.
Now if the person turning right can do it quickly and not cut the left turning car off while they switch lanes, he doesn't need to wait (IMO)
there is a real bad one I go to just like this. but it is crossing a main 4 lane street. and it is going from auto parts store parking lot to another shopping center across the street and there is a green light but no arrow. I am crossing straight ahead. going straight across to other shopping center. I have right of way.left turn guys floor it and almost hit me then flip me off for just driving straight as if I just ran a red light. which I did not. they think they have the right of way for some reason.
People who don’t observe the “pull into the immediate/closest lane rule” really grind my gears.
Chrissakes, half the drivers I see when there are two turning lanes going in the same direction can't even manage to maintain their position within their own lane.

If they have an arrow, they better be goin. Green light, they need to yield to the guy turning right.
