Sure LSU had a great team sure South Carolina had a great team. But everybody was tuning in to watch Caitlin Clark she's the big reason for the big jump this year. Change my mind.
You're absolutely correct.Sure LSU had a great team sure South Carolina had a great team. But everybody was tuning in to watch Caitlin Clark she's the big reason for the big jump this year. Change my mind.
Literally didn’t know LSU had a women’s b-ball team until Clark played them! You're absolutely correct.
I'd never heard of them either. Glad i didn't cause they aren't worthy of any attention.Literally didn’t know LSU had a women’s b-ball team until Clark played them!
Neither did America.
Great analogy and this is also what totally grinds my gears. Once in a lifetime opportunity player and crickets on finding her Scottie Pippen. What is funny is that every time LSU got one of these big transfers, Clark’s name started significantly trending on Twitter. Everything they’re doing is being compared to her. They may have won the national title, but Clark won the nation’s hearts.
She’s basically Jordan on the Bulls in the 80s. Best player in the game, most entertaining player in the game that everyone has to watch, on a good team, but not quite good enough teammates to get the championship.
I disagree the ref were the biggest difference between Iowa winning or losing that game. if they call Mulkay for a Tech for being on the floor like she was, she would have been tossed in at least the 2nd quarter. What is funny is that every time LSU got one of these big transfers, Clark’s name started significantly trending on Twitter. Everything they’re doing is being compared to her. They may have won the national title, but Clark won the nation’s hearts.

You make it sound like Bluder hasn't made the effort to land, "her Pippen" even if such a player existed. A). Its not like you can force them to come to Iowa City. B). As for players like Betts, the jurys still out on what she will become. Just MAYBE we should see what AOG, Stuelke, and Goodman, do this year under coach Jenson's tutelage, and Clarks ability to play her team mates in to wide open shots.....Great analogy and this is also what totally grinds my gears. Once in a lifetime opportunity player and crickets on finding her Scottie Pippen.
The game of basketball and the sport of women’s basketball is much larger than Caitlin Clark. Don’t let people talk you into getting involved in this “noise”...LSU (and SoCar) were better teams than Iowa...as were 3-4 others but Iowa had #22 and when it was absolutely necessary..when it was absolutely key that #22 be accountable, she was. That #22 was not THE reason 90% of women’s basketball fans turned on the television can hardly be intelligently argued. Being “the best” in most anything is horribly subjective in most cases....why most folks tuned their TVs to the Lady Hawks"........there is no question.Obviously it's all Clark. Was there any doubt out there?
Well put. Very true also. The game of basketball and the sport of women’s basketball is much larger than Caitlin Clark. So maybe her teammates drink Michael's secret stuff and instantly become better basketball players to help Iowa win a National Championship!!!What is funny is that every time LSU got one of these big transfers, Clark’s name started significantly trending on Twitter. Everything they’re doing is being compared to her. They may have won the national title, but Clark won the nation’s hearts.

Let's hope!So maybe her teammates drink Michael's secret stuff and instantly become better basketball players to help Iowa win a National Championship!!!

A certain group is definitely pushing the narrative for Reese. The TV ratings will favor Clark next year. But the “narrative” now is for Angel.
